Quick Backstory:
After getting hit by an Angel attempting to restore Earth to a pastoral state, Rei and Asuka emerge from their Evas transformed into a pair of sexy mischievous fairies.
Here Rei transformed shinji in a female fellow fairy and Mari.. well you can see it.
